I am not 100% sure on this, but I would assume you could, but it would hurt because there are nerves within the breast tissue, causing it to hurt when you inject the insulin. But it is a fatty tissue, so it SHOULD be possible. If someone has a better answer, please answer, because I would like to know for sure.

Why change location of insulin injections?

Repeated injection into the same site would be somewhat painful, increase the risk of infection at the site, but most significantly, would eventually cause a build-up of scar tissue at that site which could decrease the ability to inject there and the reduced blood flow due to scar tisssue would prevent the insulin being effectively absorbed.
