Yes, Sunday dress (church clothes), cocktail dress (semi-formal party clothes) and business casual attire are all appropriate to wear to a wedding unless the bride and groom specify black or white tie (evening gowns and tuxedos).

Yes. Only wear seersucker from mid-May until mid-September. Also, only wear blue or gray striped seersucker. Tan is too light -- and looks too much like white -- to wear to a wedding. Cheers.
wear a dressy short sleeve polo and some dressy pants...thts not only casual but its not too fancy and wont get you hot.
