Asked by Wiki User

If you find one that doesn't I'd run to other way it's not likely a good planner .

deposit schedule increases as planning progresses.

Guest Count: The number of guests will significantly impact your venue, catering, and overall cost. Create a guest list considering your budget and venue capacity.

2. Setting the Date & Tone

Pick a Date: Once you have a budget, discuss potential dates that work for you, your partner, and important guests. Consider factors like seasonality and venue availability.

Theme & Style: Will it be a formal or casual affair? Rustic, elegant, beachy, or themed? Choosing a theme will help guide your decor, attire, and overall ambiance.

3. Venue & Vendors

The Place: Research and book your ceremony and reception venue considering your guest list, theme, and budget.

Vendor Team: Research and secure vendors like caterers, photographers, videographers, florists, DJs, and officiants. Look for those who align with your style and budget.
