a water flood is when your house or part of the state you are in floods. a flood is when a huge wave of the water goes above the level it is supposed to it has to go somewhere so it goes on the ground and it keeps building up until all the sewers and draing systems can empty

probably warming up...if the temperature goes above the average level, then your radiator might be low on water and coolant or the cooling fan is not working..
As a general rule of thumb tropical water is consistantly above 65F and goes as warm as required by the species of fish.
Not even a mile. The new island, Anak Krakatau extends about 860 feet above sea level. Rakata, a remnant of the original island, goes to about 2,400 feet above sea level which is still less than half a mile.
