first, fly to hearthome city, and right next to the Pokemon center is Bebe's house (Bebe is the person who made the PC boxes on diamond) talk to her, and she will give you eevee (this will ONLY work if you have the national pokedex, and you DO NOT have any bad eggs). a bad egg is a cheat code thingy you can get with the AR. if you haven't used that cheat code yet, don't. the bad egg cheat code is the garatina egg, it DOES NOT hatch, ever. and it ruins all your battles. and if you do have the bad egg, the eevee will be a boy. and it's supposed to be a girl. hope this helped :]

You need the bad egg cheat then the egg will hatch and will crash your game. Pokemon put in by mistake. It was supposed to be a starter in a newer game, but they let it go. Trust me you don't want a Missingo, they suck anyway.
