13 and i weigh 73 pounds, and i am doing just fine but if you are under 60 pounds i would see a doctor about it
You should be on average about 94 pounds when you are 13 so no not really under weight to bad.
The being overweight part is bad for your health. It doesn't mean you are bad but you do need to try to get your weight under control before too much longer. When you get into your teen years carrying excess weight it becomes very difficult to lose it after that. Probably a good weight for you at 5'5" is about 100 pounds. Good luck to you.
it's never "bad" to weigh anything. whether it is healthy or not to weight 200 pounds depends on your height, age, and gender, and you can easily find out by plugging in your measurements to a BMI calculator (online) As Erma Bombeck said, "she was under tall for her weight." You would need to be about 6 foot tall for the weight to be reasonable.

no it's not bad, if your BMI (body mass index / percent of fat) if less that 17% your considered under weight, it's not bad but it wouldn't be the worst thing if it was 20.6%, you're perfectly fine. NOTE: don't let it get under 20% :)
