No it can't I've was on the pill for 3 years and never had any problems with drinking alcohol it doesn't affect it at all.

well there isn't really a way to totally get rid of the bad taste. the only thing i can think of is pour a big glass of something you like just not water, and you swallow the pill and drink all your drink up really fast after that... u usually don't taste the pill that much if you do that
