Obviously it is. They need both a father and a mother figure. To give you an example: little girls with no father might turn out well after all, but lill boy with no father will be pretty much messed up. Kids with two mums will be horribley arrogant and turned into man haters and kids with two fathers will be queers. It is very important for a kid to have both a father and a mother figure in their lives from an early age already. Otherwise they will end up messed up, as I said. Take Pier Gerlofs Donia for example: had no mother, turned into a stupid brute beheading people! see what could happen!

Yes because parents have a whole lot to do and the kids are being taught to be better people when they grow up.

Basically, the answer could be "yes", mainly for the reason that married parents know what they are doing, they decided to form a BOND for life, not just a fragile affection lasting only while it is profitable.

Children ALWAYS take their parents as a rolemodel in when growing up, and they just let go of their rolemodel parent and grow with that parents personality.

They won't grow up exactly like their parents, but will certainly have some character traits of one or both parents. It's genetics. If you're worried one or both of your parents were not good parents then you can learn from this experience and change your own life for the better and also bring up your own children in a more loving environment. For Example: As much as I loved my father he was an alcoholic and sometimes it caused a great deal of grief in our home. My younger brother and I are casual drinkers (I rarely drink at all) and that's a choice we both made. You can learn from past experiences. Any children you will have in the future will learn from the mistake you and your future wife may make. Parenting skills are difficult and a brochure doesn't come with how to raise children.
