It's better to ask a professional attorney for these questions
If you are allowed by the court to attend traffic school to expunge a ticket from your record, you can find a traffic school in your area at www.trafficschools123.com. This site also offers coupon codes which will give you better pricing for the classes.
You don't necessarily have a lesser chance of gaining custody of a child if you have a felony on your record. It depends on the circumstances of the felony and on the history, criminal and other, of the parent applying for custody. One thing you can do is you can try to get your criminal record expunged, and that way you will have better chances of winning custody. Anyone eligible for expungement should do this, since it will significantly improve their chances of getting a job or a student loan, as well as improving their opportunities in other areas. Good luck!
A misdemeanor charge will still on you criminal history record forever, regardless of whether a conviction exists or not. Criminal Histories are generally not of "public" record. Missouri Case Net shows court actions on individuals and is searchable by name, county, etc.
Well sometimes you have to settle your case in most possibilities to clear you out of the record. Having a felony while being a real estate agent somewhat affects the trust of your clients to you. You could still be an RE agent through e-learning courses, or via 360training.com, but for your goodness, it is better to be at least cleared out of felony.
Offenders (being criminals themselves) don't treat other criminals any better than they treat the people that they offended (committed a crime against).
It's POSSIBLE but you would have to speak frankly to the recruiter about it. POSSIBLY, if it was a non-violent felony but only by disclosing the whole story will you be able to find out. DO NOT try to hide it. Recruiters are able (and WILL) check your criminal history record.---------------------YES ... A person can get a court to seal and expunge your record but, this will not come easily nor is it a given that the courts will accept your request ... If your felony crime was not one of valences you'll have a better cases for the courts to accept ...--------------------Additional: Expunging your record (if you are even eligible for the opportunity) only seals your record from scrutiny by the general public. Some offenses are never expungable.Government agencies (including the military), law enforcement, the courts, and those organizations authorized to conduct background checks for the issuance of security clearances will always have access to your true record.Your best bet is to speak frankly with your recruiter. If the offense was not a crime of violence it MIGHT be possible for them to waive the offense.
Better conference record
Insured yes. Bonded, well, that may be a problem with a felony on his record. FYI: Insurance is better than bonding anyway.
You better believe it. Murder is a felony. No words justify the taking of a life.
3-0 is a better record
I think that felony offenders should be rehabilitated because if they go to rehab than they can get better, and when they get out of there they will be better and wont break the law. But they cant make any promises to anyone because everyone makes mistakes and nobody is ever perfect. I think that everyone shoud have a second chance because everyone can be a good person if they really want to be. People in this world are way to judgemental over things and it makes me mad that everyone thinks they are better than other people. I hate people that do that because its never gonna get you in life except in the hospital if you keep it up.
You won't ever know until you actually attempt to have it done. You can file a motion with the court requesting to have it expunged and you'd better have good, sound legal reasonaing why it should be granted.
