Definatly recycle it where you can, and with things that you can't or don't want to recycle put those into the compost (like shredded private documents, cardboard that has been contaminated with food like used paper plates, tissues, very small scraps of paper and enevlopes you have ri[[ed the plastic window out of...)

while paper and cardboard is compostable, reusing the paper fibres saves trees.
