It really depends on the date. 1982-present pennies are mostly zinc and are only worth face value, regardless of mint mark. Pennies from 1959-1981 contain about 2 cents' worth of copper, but mint mark still doesn't matter. Even post-WWII wheat pennies are only worth 3-5 cents, whether they're Philadelphia or Denver.
