In my opinion, it's always better to take a class in person because it's easier to interact with the instructor. However, with most accounting classes, you'll probably get adequate instruction online since most of the material isn't lab-based.
Many schools now have online courses in accounting. Some of these schools include University of Phoenix, Devry, and Standford. Other sites that offer accouting courses online include Accounting Coach, and Universal Class.
There are plenty of university, community college, and vocational schools that offer accounting class online. I look at the University of Phoenix for accounting classes as an example.
A Better Class of Person was created in 1985.
You can find an accounting class at nearly any local university. If you do not live near a college, you can find one online at University of Phoenix or Western Governor's University.
Depending on which school you choose, it may cost $2000 to $5000 to attend an accounting school online. You may need a college degree as well, before you can enroll.
I would suggest http://www.elearners.com/courses/accounting.htm. That way you can pick and choose the accounting course that is best suited to you.
it depends where you go to take the class. Online-only universities cost more than taking a course online from a traditional brick-and- motar school. They could run from $200-$1600 per class.
You may want to check out a few online accounting courses onlne before you can decide which ones best suit your needs. The class that is "right" for you is the one that advances your career goals, is offered at times that coordinate will with your availability, and that is part of a larger degree-granting program. The "right" class should also be offered by an accredited institution and taught by a qualified professional.
It depends on the student. If you are a good self-starter, able to hold yourself accountable, and not afraid to ask for help or clarification on the internet, online classes may work just fin for you. However, if you need the accountability of an in person teacher or having a regular class that must be put in your schedule, if you need the interaction of other students and their questions, or if you just need to get out of the house, in class instruction may work best for you.
Accounting class is a class in which you learn the fundamentals of accounting. Accounting is using math to account for financial assets and involves basic math, such as addition, subtraction, and finding percentages.
It depends on the person, some people do well on doing online courses, while others do better on physically being in a class room setting. You have to choose which is right for you.
Hmmm....I think the last time I heard this question I was in my Accounting 101 class back in 1973. If you are a student, why not post your opinion and let others critique it? You won't learn just by posting your homework online.
