Desitin, Balmex, or another bland ointment is likely to be more soothing in the genital area than calamine lotion. The ointment will form a better barrier so that urine or feces don't irritate the skin lesions.

Chickenpox is time limited, while urticaria can continue for years. But chickenpox can kill you and urticaria can't. Hard to say which is better or worse.

It would be better to avoid the use of cleansers with acids while you have chickenpox. Use a gentle cleanser and pat dry instead.

According to my kid's pediatrician... the Chicken pox vaccination can cause a chicken pox-like rash. If you're worried about it contact your physician. In the meantime, I hope you feel better and try not to scratch.

The rash should clear up on it's own. You could put some calamine lotion or aloe on the rash until it is better.
It is never a good thing to "pig out" on junk food but eating some on occasion is not a problem, whether you are well or sick. Chicken pox does not make it any better or worse. The important thing is to drink lots of fluids, preferably not artificially sweatened fluids, get enough to eat and lots of rest.
You can dry it out. Rubbing alcohol, white vinager or calamine lotion are very good for poison ivy. The alchol and vinager stings but it feels alot better.
