Yes, s/he should weigh around 4 and a half stones (66lbs, 30 kilos). S/he needs the help of a doctor/nutritionist and possibly a counsellor to find out why s/he is overeating. Being this overweight at such a young age leads to type 2 Diabetes, heart disease and osteoarthritis at a much younger age than they are usually seen. Excess weight makes her/him a target for bullying, which of leads to comfort beahviour (overeating) and a vicious circle. my daughter is seven and shes 6 stone the doctor said to me if your daughter is 7 and her weight is hevier than 4 stone they are obise but just starve her
