It is probably only dangerous to have your eyebrow pierced if you go to a place that does not use sanitary practices when they perform the piercing, but this is true of all piercings. Another way in which this could be dangerous is if you fail to follow the after-care instructions that will be provided to you when you get it done. If you don't wash it, sanitize it and keep a close eye on it, especially in those early days after you have it done then you run a risk of infection. And that is the last thing you want near your eye. A final consideration is, even under the best of circumstances, people make mistakes-- do you want to give someone the chance to make a mistake less than one inch from an eyeball you rely on to see? I'd think about that.
