One of the most difficult parts of being a brain surgeon is the high level of precision and concentration required during intricate procedures on such a delicate and complex organ. Additionally, the pressure of performing life-saving surgeries and making split-second decisions can be mentally and emotionally challenging. The long hours and intense training needed to become proficient in this field also contribute to the difficulty of being a brain surgeon.
