NO!
To much!
2jz swap, hands down the best choice.
yes it will, u have to do a full engine swap and get all the parts for it
Yes, you can swap a 2JZ-GTE engine into a 1993 GMC Sonoma, but it requires significant modifications. This includes custom engine mounts, alterations to the drivetrain, and possibly modifications to the wiring harness and ECU. Additionally, you will need to address cooling, exhaust, and fuel system compatibility. Overall, while it’s a challenging project, it can be done with the right skills and resources.
You simply need........ TO GET A LIFE!!! And T.P is a bender... just for the record ^Whoever typed that is a dumb jackass. Yes the 2jz drops right in some people use 1jz heads on a 2jz block but its not proven to make a difference and its only convenient if you have a 1jz just lying around. the 2jz swap can be expensive though check out some of the supra forums online they're very helpful
2JZ-GTE Alone 594 lbs+ Getrag Six Speed 746lbs
With pain, suicide contemplation, and giving up about 43 times. Just 2JZ swap it.
The motor that best suites the Lexus SC300 is the Supra TT motor. You can also put the J-Spec Soarer TT motor. It's costly, but it's well worth it if you want the power. But youll need to know the name of the engine an the different types of the engine not just the car its in....the supra tt had 2 engines the 2jz-gtte vvti an just the regular 2jz-gtte...now if you plan on adding internals to it...such as cams..DO NOT go with the vvti...now if you wanna go jdm style...the soarer came in many different types but the best an only jdm recommended swap is the 1jz-gtte.The 1jz-gtte came out of the JZZ30 soarer....now you have to think about price an how much you wanna spend...for a 2jz with the 5spd your looking at 4 g's easy.. an even higher for the 6spd...around 5500-6000...but for the 1jz you can buy the engine an a 5spd for under 2 g's...but good luck with your swap
Yes, it has a 2jzge but not the 2jzgte
Um... What is an rv26 and why the HELL is it in a supra? Last I checked, Supra's came with either a 7m, a 1jz, or a 2jz. I would hope that a person with your extremely limited knowledge on engines would refrain from attempting an engine swap. BTW I believe the engine you're talking about, an RB26dett, is from a SKYLINE. Learn what the hell you speak of. Thanks.
in the engine bay ;)
why? Honda engines are meant for Honda's, so stick with your H22A. If for some reason you still wanted to do the swap some custom engine mounts along with adapters would have to be fabricated.
