Of course! So easy! It's actually crazy! But don't think that I mean you will have no problems with it and you don't need kneepads or a helmet to start. You need protection, a railing or friend and of course heelys! So first put on helmets, kneepads andelbow pads. So basically, with that railing or friend, hold on to it and practice balancing. (Just walking, not rolling yet) So now you have to repeat that so you can practice walking until you get it right. Now you can ride! Then to ride, you can YouTube it or visit HeelysCanada.com It gives you instructions but just try youtube... I think its better! ;) Hope this helped! <3
