The answer would depend on what you think is fun, but the Netherlands are a wealthy country (17th in GDP), with high health standards and civil liberties. They were also the first country to legalize same-sex marriage and euthanasia. Recreational soft drugs are also legal. There is strict gun control, and the monarchy is generally loved. Educational standards are also pretty high.
There is also a relative good connection between government and general public with elected officials biking to work and partaking in games.
I personally adore living in the Netherlands.
