3 weeks ago i started to have burning sensation when peeing, and one of my testis was swollen since then i went to doctor and he said it could be gonorrhea. First he gave me Azithromycin and that help a little but symptoms came back. then i was on ciproXR for 5 days and burning sensation while peeing was still here. yesterday i went again to doctor and he did a check up of my genitals and said that everything looks normal and that probably i have urethritis because i never had any discharge. this morning i woke up i look at my genitalia and everything look normal i took i shower and after i took another look when i saw some redness on the inner side. during the day this redness become more red. red part is around 1 cm long and 5 mm wide. What could it be?? Is it herpes or something else? I'm asking because of the burning sensation in my uthera is still here but this red thing showed up and i don' t know what is it. can gonorrhea cause this or only herpes causes this kind of things on ur genital.
