Square Enix have said "yes there will be a KH 3 but its a long way away". First theres going to be 3 new titles before KH3 there is Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep on the PSP Set 10 years Before KH1, theres Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days set for the DS which is following roxas and his days in the Organization (U Play as him), and the last one is Kingdom Hearts Coded for the mobile phone.
