Apparently, it's going to snow all over the UK, I presume that means the West Midlands as well. As it snowed in the West Midlands last year I expect that it will snow again this year because the snow is expected to be more violent and generally worse. Obviously, I am not entirely sure. However, as I said, I assume that it is going to snow in the West Mid's. I certainly hope it does :)
As we all know, snow has started in most places. So we know, that we will see snow the in UK in late 2010.
Snow is likely in many parts of the UK during the first few days in February. The Met Office predicts a high chance of more snow mainly in the northeast during the latter part of February.

It will snow hopefully but we might not get alot
The cairngorm mountains in Scotland are covered with snow in winter, spring and autumn. There is snow on the higgest peaks during summer.
Usually in our winter time - anywhere from November to March depending on the temperature and weather conditions.
Winter in the UK is like Winter in most other countries, only wetter than some, less icy than others, and usually involving more hot tea than most. Winter in the UK is much like Summer in the UK, only the rain is a bit colder. Winter in the UK is marked as the season between the Easter eggs coming off the shelves to make way for the Halloween decorations, and the Christmas crackers coming off the shelves to make way for the Easter eggs, with its mid-point usually being marked by a confusion of Halloween and Christmas tat on the shelves.
Everone says that 2012-2013 winter will have some very heavy blizzards in every part of the UK.
