A good fitness goal is realistic. A good goal would be for example a new years resolution that you want to get healthier next year and lose at least 15 pounds. An unrealistic goal is something that you can easily see in weight loss advertisements. Something like "Lose 8 pounds of fat in just 2 weeks" is unrealistic and something that is nearly impossible to achieve.

Why do you hate someone so much?
Sometimes you hate someone so much because they did something bad or mean to you. Or, you could be jealous of what that someone has that you probably never will have. It's not okay to hold grudges, it can cost you your life. Not that you'll die soon but it can really waste your life. If you spend to much time hating someone then what else will you be able to think of no one! I spent my entire sixth grade year hating this girl that would never apologize for all the wrong things she did. Before I knew it the year was done and I ended up wishing I could re-do sixth grade. I still do now! I hope this helps you a bunch!! Remember, if you start to hate someone, just relax and think of all the good qualities about them. I personally have many goals to reach this school year. My main goal for this year is to get good grades and make honor roll. I chose to pick this goal because I have wanted to make honor roll for a really long time and I haven't gotten it yet. What inspired me to think of this goal is that all of my friends have honor roll and I don't. I think that I will achieve this goal by paying more attention during class and studying more often for upcoming tests. The people I think that will be the most happy are my parents. They have wanted me to make honor roll for a long time. If I get good grades this year I hope that I will achieve my goal.
