Well, it depends. If you have reason to believe that somebody is trying to cause you serious harm (in the extreme case, somebody may try to kill you), then I think you should indeed inform the authorities.On the other hand, if somebody just doesn't like you, and just looks at you ugly, then telling the authorities about this may make you look paranoid - and you won't get any real benefit from telling.

In the big picture of life hate does not accomplish anything, in fact built up emotions like hate can affect the body's organs and natural processes. The parable of the tenants teaches about the consequences of rejecting the authority and message of God. It illustrates that those who do not honor God's authority and fail to produce good fruits will face judgment and lose their blessings.
There are three key characteristics of a good prospect. 1. Need. A good prospect has a need for your service or product. 2. Money. They also have the money to purchase your services or products. 3. Authority. The prospect must have the authority to purchase what you are selling. Those are the most basic and simple key characteristics of a good prospect.
