Not really because there are few filling station to fill them up at. There are no hydrogen cars being sold at this time.
The best place to get a good sky view is when you go into a plane or when you are in a hot weather balloon. When you are high in the sky that is the best place to get a good view of the sky.
As you rise in elevation, the pressure around you decreases. This lower pressure would cause the balloon to expand, and burst if it was inflated to much originally. By starting it off only partly filled, it will expand to a normal size and not explode.
It's very light (only hydrogen gas is less dense than helium), it's relatively cheap, and (most importantly) it's not flammable (hydrogen gas is--the Hindenburg was filled with hydrogen gas).
a balloon car works by the air in the balloon.

"The weather is nice.""It's nice outside."Literally: "It makes good weather"Literally means: "It makes good weather." or simply: "The weather is nice."
A balloon
It depends on the size of the pool, where you live, and the weather. Generally I would say a pool that is 60 degrees will be 70 degrees with regular weather such as 70-75. Good luck with your pool! Source: I have a pool myself and 4 years of weather and climate classes.
yes weather is good
The fastest speed recorded for a balloon was achieved by a helium-filled weather balloon that reached speeds of approximately 200 miles per hour (320 kilometers per hour) during its ascent. This speed was influenced by atmospheric conditions and the balloon's ascent profile. However, specific records can vary, so it's always good to check the latest data from relevant aeronautical organizations for the most accurate information.
No. We do not speak of "a weather" or use the plural noun "weathers." Say "the weather is good' or "there is good weather."
