No it is not because it is better to work out 1 or 2 different muscles in one day. Why I say that is because working out your whole body may over tire your muscles and may kill them. The fact is you need to work out every muscle in your body 2 times a week atleast once, but if you do you whole body workout everytime you work out and suppose you go to the gym 5 days per week, right away thats 5 times the same muscle in one week.
