You can, I did, and trust me, it helps a lot with the ladies. By the time i was in 8th grade, i already had a sixpack and my pecs were defined quite well, and my arms were already pretty big too. And to tell the truth, my butt looked so good in some of the tighter jeans., haha but yeah i recomend it.

∙ 14y agoNothing really, if you do exercise when going through puberty the desired result may not be achieved, your body it changing so it could get fatter or thinner i just depends on you, so don't get worked up over it.
