If you are anexperienced Zelda player and know how the games work, it will be a challenging game, but challenging in a fun way. If you are not an experienced Zelda player, i would suggest buying a strategy book or not buying the game because you won't get far.
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princes is only available on Gamecube and Wii but unfortunately not on ps2. But it's well worth getting the Wii for it if you don't already have it.

It depends on which game you play. Twilight princess took me about 4 months (I only get to play on the weekends), while Phantom Hourglass took me 1 month.

You kill the parasites but the last two are tricky. You have to go to Hyrule Castle Town to get one and the last one is a huge monster that's pretty hard to fight. just L target the bug and mash A and then when it falls just hold B wait till midna does her cirlce then let go
