This depends on whether or not you already have your ideas in your head. If you do then no, it's not hard. All you have to do is get those ideas down on paper.
If it is easier, write them in bullet form, then you can tell what each part of the story will be like and then you can just connect those ideas into sentences, add details, characters, settings, plot, problems, etc, and you've got yourself a story!
If, however, you don't have an idea, then it can be quite difficult to write your story. First thing you would want to do is brainstorm some ideas.
What is something you want to write about? What do you want people to think about? What is something you are interested in? Put those ideas down on paper and just write your story like above.
