as a 15 year old you need calcium to grow. bones and teeth need calcium to grow in size and become stronger. if you stop calcium intake your bones will stop to grow and teeth will become weak and will easily break or crack with minor accidents also.
everyone needs a healthy lifestyle!
Most prepubertal children do not need to be observed for their physical abilities. You could check his muscles, bones and weight growth regularly if there is a medical need to do this, otherwise just leave him to grow up on his own accord. Observing how he plays with other children will show any defects. A healthy diet is paramount for healthy bones and growth. Your Doctor can give you any further advice.

yes. it will probably make you seem like "one of the guys" to some boys.
I got 27 laps in fourth grade last year. The healthy fitness zone was 37, so I wasn't healthy. This year, I'm in fifth grade, and I need 36 laps to make the healthy fitness zone. I hope I'll be healthy this year. If you get 33, 34, 35, or any other number below those, you're not healthy. How do you like that? Thumbs up if you think that's great!
