I know people that my age that have a "6 pack" but can't do 20 crunches. My advice to you would be to just try and live healthy.
o get a six pack, its really simple, eat very small amounts of calories and work out hard at the gym everyday... (obvoiusly eat enough to survive on)
the ratio is 80% diet, 10% gym 10% determination and commitment!

If you want a six pack then a healthy life style is required. The best thing to do to get a six pack is to do core work like sit ups or crunches. But after exercising its vital that protein is consumed or else its a waste of the exercise. In general to get a six pack you need to exercise and eat right (it doesn't really have to be a diet.)

Me, I have had a six pack when I was 6 and a half years old and I now have an eight pack and I am 12 years old.
