It's the best for your hair (according to my barber) to wash it once every 2 - 4 days. Don't wash it every day, because the more you wash it, the more sebum your scalp will produce which will cause greasy hair. Also very hot water will dry the ends of your hair which will make them to split more easily. Hope this helps.
