well if you are pregnant and someone over the age of 18 impregnated you then you kinda already broke the law, but it is perfectly legal to date a 23 year old. However, sexual intercourse with said 23 year old is illegal.

It isn't illegal if she consented. But I'd stay away from the parents! You've pretty much messed her life up and haven't done well for yourself. You have your own jail to contend with now.
