i agree with you 110% i live in a mobile community (trailer park) and i swear there are 4 year olds that run around the neighborhood as late as 9:00pm and by themselves. my kids are 7 and 8 and they need to ask to cross the street to visit there friends and cannot ride there bikes around the park with out me... my kids have to take breaks from the neighborhood kids because they start to act like them and i cant stand it... it will take consistnatcy on my part in order to keep my children in order and hopfully others do the same...
