From another questions........yes, no problem. the court marriage is a civil ceremony, and considered legally binding, should you then choose to marry in a church so as to have the "blessing of your faith" then by all means do so

You annulled your marriage and now you want to get back together again?

As you know there is a span of time where a newly married couple can get an annulment. This means you are no longer married. If you choose to get married again then you would get married either by The Justice of the Peace or a Minister/Priest, etc.

After divorced is it okay to get together again with temp marriage?

It's OK for you to get together with your X any time you want to. But I don't think there is such a thing as a "temp marriage". You either are or you're not married. If you are thinking that you'll try it again by playing "married" for a while to see how it goes....it sounds like you still have issues. It might be better to resolve those before you cohabit ate again.AnswerGenerally, in most jurisdictions a couple who has filed for divorce is granted a Decree NISI. Under the NISI, there is a waiting period during which the decree is not absolute. In Massachusetts that waiting period is 90 days. If the couple gets back together during the NISI period the divorce decree is nullified. After 90 days, or, the NISI period, if the couple remained apart the decree becomes absolute. If the couple wishes to be married again they must be married legally, again. There is no such legal state as "temporarily married". Either you are married or you are not married. Many couples have a history of multiple marriages and divorces.

If you are married in the Russian Orthodox Church is it possible to be married again in a Roman Catholic Church?

Assuming no divorce has taken place, which would require an annulment, yes, if you have changed from Orthodox to Catholic it would be possible to renew your wedding vows in a Catholic Church. There would be no need for a full blown wedding, however, as the Catholic Church does accept the sacraments of the Orthodox Church as valid.

If a US citizen is married to an illegal immigrant in the US is their marriage void?

Is divorce allowed in the Church of England?

If you married one illegal alien and he left right after the marriage and you do not know where he is and you have married another illegal alien is this marriage legal?

No. Your second marriage is not legal. In fact, in the United States a married person who knowingly marries again while still married to their first spouse commits bigamy. You need to obtain a legal divorce to dissolve your first marriage.
