I do believe it to be illegal in all states well illegal for the guardian of the children if your gas was shut off by your gas co. call them and inform them that there is a child/ren in the household they should give you a fax number and then call your pediatrician/doctor and request thet they fax a medical emergency form informing the gas co. that there is a child/ren in the house and they will turn it back on asap
The propane company just left my house and I paid $1.89/gallon. The propane company just left my house and I paid $1.89/gallon.
Yes ... having illegal drugs in a house with small children is not good parenting.
No, as long as the children are properly looked after and get suitable meals, and also get proper means of hygiene.
It's legal. Only illegal if you have a patient who needs electricity to run a life-support unit.

Propane stove. Propane water heater. Propane fridge. Propane heater. Propane gas lights. Propane generator w/storage cells for electric use. Propane A/C units (not cheap, but have long life.)
That would all depend on the size of house, cost of propane etc. Propane would definitely be cheaper than electric heat. http://www.grist.org/news/counter/2006/03/03/costs/ A 3,500 square foot home in Minnesota using radiant in-floor heat (during winter of 2010/2011) cost between $750 and $850 per month for propane (about 375 gallons per month x $2.26 per gallon).
Suburban propane offers sales and rental services for propane tanks. you can fill your tank or buy a tank. they also will come to your home and fill the tank for your house.
10 feet.
its a pilot light, it burns the propane slowly so the propane doesnt just fill your house so that when you DO light it, it doesnt all explode. The small flame is the 'pilot light,' and it is there as a source of ignition for the propane gas entering the heater.
It's not illegal for a child to buy a house. It would be difficult bordering on impossible, though, because children are generally not regarded as competent to enter into a contract.
