There is no state statute banning all beach camping in Florida. Each individual piece of beach property is regulated by the owner of that property. Public beaches are regulated by the county or city that owns them. In general, public beaches do not permit camping, but there are some that do permit it. Additionally, there are numerous private beaches that do permit camping.
