You have to have the prescription bottles with you for each drug you are carrying.
If all you are doing is storing them - in your residence - in different bottles it is okay. If you intend to carry them out in public - it is against the law in all 50 states. The reason is; YOUR name is on the RX bottle label and the prescription med can be linked to you INDIVIDUALLY. If it is another, unmarked, bottle you will have no proof that you are lawfully in possession of it.
It is illegal to share any prescribed drug, whether it is a controlled drug or not. However, it goes on all the time and patients often tell me that they had such and such a problem and their relative gave them such and such drug that they had in their medicine cabinet.
If you an bring a copy of your prescription with you to court (containing the appropriate date that would precede the date of your arrest) the charge will probably be dismissed.
If you did not have a prescription, it is illegal for you to have the Adderal. If you do have the Adderal legally, you should be fine as long as it is in the bottle the pharmacy issued it to you in. It is never wise to travel with unmarked pills, even when not flying.
well u would have to look on the bottle different medicine have different side effects
Yes, Adderall is made up of 4 amphetamine salts all of which are Schedule-II by the DEA. If you are caught in possession of Adderall tablets without a prescription, you can be arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Even people who ARE scripted Adderall by a doctor can be arrested if they do not carry their pills in the bottle they came in from the pharmacy with the prescription information on it.
Depends on what you mean, Ativan is from the benzodiazepine group (xanax, valium, klonopin, librium, etc.) and its used to treat anxiety, and seizures. It is also a schedule IV controlled substance, meaning it is illegal if you get caught without a prescription bottle in your name. So it is legal, but only for whom it was perscribed
What does 5mld mean on a prescription bottle
Yes. It is a controlled substance. I was pulled over one time and searched (for no reason) and the cop found a few suboxone 8mg pills in my pocket not in the bottle and he arrested me even though I had a legitimate prescription. I was acquitted of the charge when I produced the prescription in court later but I lost the job I had because of the "pending felony." Just get a prescription , they are very easy to come by. IF you ever have any suboxone questions email me jasondavidrice@wikianswers.com I am the category supervisor for suboxone on wikianswers. Good luck!
Its illegal if you use any prescription drug in any way that it is not prescribed. For example if the bottle says take 2 pills by mouth daily and you take it another way or take more it is illegal.
Recommended Dose.
My bottle says to discard one year after the prescription is filled.
