No, it is not illegal to give homework during breaksbecause the teachers are just trying to help us make sure that we do not forget all the information we learned, When we get older, whether its college or a job, you will realize that you barely get any days off, let alone vacations. So just be happy that you get a free education unlike others and you have the chance to do something with your life, Homework is a lot of work but it is worth it and it is meant to help you learn and in a way it makes you become more responsible because you will learn how to manage your time well. It takes away time from your social life, but you can get the social life back after you become something, and at time you won't have any regrets and be able to have fun wit whatever you do with your social life. Try your best in school because your in charge of paving your own future, don't let it go to waste and if you really to try, everything you do at school and college will pay off at the end.
