They are not outright illegal, but they are harder to obtain legally than in some other countries.
If you have ammunition then yes. If it has nothing to fire or can't fire anything anyways, it should be okay.
Yes they are legal but there are restrictions on power.
No, it is not.

She has weapon blood, but I don't think she can transform into a full weapon, just blades sticking out of her arms, legs, etc.
Only with a Prohibited Licence can you own a full auto firearm (which the M4A1 is). A semi-automatic AR-15 would require a Restricted licence.
Throughout Charlie's Angels and Full Throttle, the Thin Man has his Sword-Cane. However in Full Throttle, another weapon he has are Blade Boots
FULL STOP means period. In Canada it is called.. Full Stop because Canadians speak english.
The Steyr AUG is a automatic assult rifle with no known civilian trigger group model that I know of. If there isn't a semi-auto trigger group that is non interchangeable with the full auto rifle than it falls under 12(6) prohib which is illegal to posses
It is possible to be approved for an NFA Class III tax stamp which will permit you to buy a transferable full auto firearm in Florida.
The lower receiver will be configured so that the weapon can be fired in full auto or burst.
the only legal way is to put in a registered class 3 auto sear
First, have a lot of money- Legal full autos are very expensive. The last LEGAL full auto M16 I saw for sale (transferable to a private citizen) was $16,000. Next, live in a state that permits private ownership of a full auto- some do not. Then locate a Dealer in your home state that has a license to deal in machine guns- commonly called a Class III license. You will need to apply (through the dealer) to the BATFE to transfer the weapon to yourself. You submit the written application, fingerprints, and approval from your local chief law enforcement officer, along with the $200 tax on transfers of a machine gun. You must meet the other legal requirements to own a firearm- age, criminal history, etc.
Semi and full auto for the F1 and G2. The civilian legal MAS .223 is semi auto only.
Yes, unless you are a felon or live in California. California residents must purchase an authorized version of the weapon. The only difference is that the weapon does not have a detachable magazine (internal capacity 5 rounds). Another thing to be wary of is that for some reason people like to tamper with the AR15 to make it full auto. That is illegal, and to own one that has been tampered with will get you in big trouble with the BATF unless you purchased it through legal channels and have the weapon licensed to you.
No high point weapon has full auto capability as it comes from the factory.
It is capable of semi-auto or 3 round burst mode. However the M4A1 and Diemaco (now Colt Canada) C8 do have a full auto fire mode, rather than the three round burst.
Depends. To possess an unlicensed full auto is a felony. Shooting a legal one isn't, so long as it's compliant with all applicable laws.
Yes. Illionois has no assault weapon law, so you can have an AK as long as you register it with the appropriate authorities.
For a semi-auto clone, 18. For an NFA licenced, tax stamped full auto weapon, 21. That's in the US. Ages and legality will vary in other countries.
The difference is going to depend on whether it intentionally left the factory full auto and was registered as an NFA weapon or not. If it wasn't, then it's worth about ten years in federal prison. If it was, you could be looking at between $2000 - $4000.
