No. A juvenile delinquent is not a legal definition it is a social one.
In addition delinquency means 'failing in duty', which is an adult trait. By definition a juvenile has not attained adulthood therefore cannot be delinquent.
A person may be delinquent in some duties but not in others.
If you commit a crime at 16, you would generally be considered a juvenile delinquent rather than a felon. The distinction between a juvenile delinquent and a felon varies by jurisdiction, but typically, juveniles are subject to different legal procedures and sentencing than adults. However, depending on the severity of the crime and local laws, a 16-year-old may be charged as an adult in some cases.
No it's not illegal.
In England it ia illegal to leave a 3year old with a 13 year old.
I don't think it is ILLEGAL to run away in any state. - - - - - - - - Yes. In Georgia, a child under 18 may not leave their parents' home without permission. If they do, they will be considered a runaway, and eventually picked up by the police. The police will either take the child into custody or return him/her to the parents. The child will also face juvenile charges in Juvenile court.
yes
Well for a reason your parents will be mad at you cos you're still young and you're just 13 years old. You must focus first on your study and liking someone is not bad as long as you know your priorities and liking a juvenile delinquent might cause your parents to be mad at you.Tell them who he really was and try to think for all the consequences.
in Canada it is legal to leave a 10 year old alone and a 12 year old is the age you have to be to babysit a younger person
Yes
Its illegal to have a 14 year old working in a public work space at all.
Leaving your child alone for that long isn't illegal. It is the parents opinion to gauge weather your 14 year old kid can keep your 6 year old safe and sound for 3 days. Truthfully I wouldn't leave them alone. If anything happens to them there is a good possibility that you could be charged with endangerment of a minor in my view. But no. It is not illegal to leave your kids home alone.
Nope, But i highly recommend that you don't, they might leave you for someone their own age
A 17-year old in Texas may move out of their parent's house. A 17-year old may voluntarily leave their home without parental consent and will not be taken into custody under the Juvenile Justice Code.
