It's not specifically illegal to do so. Certain models of Lamborghinis produced for foreign markets may not be street legal in various states (not just MN specifically), but that doesn't mean that a Lamborghini that meets all the required emissions, safety, etc. standards would be illegal to drive in MN (and even some that don't aren't so much "illegal to drive" as "not licensable, and therefore not able to be legally driven on public roadways"; you can drive pretty much whatever you want on a private racetrack).
