No, if you file another claim on it then it might be.
dont tell them although that might be insurance fraud.
not if you live in the state of Florida but the vehicle you operate has to have insurance. i.e. who ever owns the vehicle is responsible for insurance.
If the vehicle has insurance it will cover damage to the other vehicle but not the one you are driving. Now if you have insurance on another vehicle your insurance will cover the damage to the vehicle that you where driving even though it is not on your policy.
that's if you've already had a car
No. You do not have to carry insurance in Florida if you dont own a vehicle.
It usually doesn't matter to the insurance company, you pay your premiums so you can get the check from them, if you dont fix your car it makes no difference to them, you may just be without a working vehicle. I disagree with the above...reason being the motor insurance contract is a contract of indemnity. Unless you declare it a total loss, one needs to get the car repaired. The insurers usually do not settle a claim without repairs being done and if they have pre-authorised repairs and given some advance, then in the normal course it would be considered as fraud as the obligation to make the car back to original state is not accomplished.....
They will sue the owner of the vehicle.
Yes buy it at counter at time of renting
You dont need insurance the vehicle you drive needs it. If you own a motorcycle you will need insurance that covers any drivers of that motorcycle
you can purchas auto insurance on any vehicle you want, even the presidents, as long as you have supporting documents.
Dont need to...just have the other person on the insurance.
I dont know what fraud is in latin but I know that "mendax" means liar. I dont know if that helps?
