13+ years child are allowed to use Facebook.
It's legal so long as you give credit where credit is deserved - don't have your characters invent Facebook or anything. They can be using Facebook as social media, however.
What do you mean by "fake facebook"? If it's under a different name, like you favorite TV star or book character, then sure. But it's probably not a good idea to impersonate someone at your school or something.
It depends with the platform you are using. You will find the Facebook group widget code under the customize section in Wordpress.
Yes, it is generally legal to screenshot Facebook photos if they are publicly available. However, sharing or using the screenshots without permission may violate privacy laws or Facebook's terms of service.
Talking about colleagues and/or patients.
Your child must be at least 13 years old to register for an account on Facebook.According to the Facebook Privacy Policy page:"No information from children under age 13. If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to register for Facebook or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible."This is due to the US Federal Trade Commission's Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) which basically says that any web site operator collecting personal information from children under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental permission. Some web sites, such as Facebook, have chosen to disallow underage children from using their services due to all that is involved in gaining that parental permission plus the fact that their web site is not directed at children under the age of 13.
You can't enjoy Facebook, Facebook is a noun. People enjoy USING Facebook :)
Yes due to the Child Online Protection Act of 1998. Additional Info: Although the above answer is technically correct and COPPA does apply, the burden is on the website operator, not the user, to ensure that the law is complied with (COPPA forbids website operators from collecting information from users under 13 without parental consent) In the UK at least it would appear that there is additional legislation that COULD mean that using Facebook when you are under 13 is illegal and could result in prosecution. Further, your parents COULD be liable for allowing you to use Facebook as well. The legislation in question is the Misuse of Computers Act 1990 which makes it an offence to gain (or to enable) unauthorised access to computer material. Using Facebook under the age of 13 is against their terms and conditions, which makes any such access "unauthorised" and therefore illegal under the Act. Allowing children under 13 to use Facebook could be termed "enabling" and expose parents to similar criminal liability.
