No. It cannot be concealed and it has to be a one edged knife not a double edged stabbing instrument like daggers, dirks, stilletos things in that nature but u can have any sized HUNTING knife strapped to your side unconcealed. Having the knife in your car is considered concealed you should be ok if it is not in arms reach while driving.
