Assuming the question relates to messages to persons other than themselves, the answer is most definitely NO! The procurement of such information would require an order from the court designating "need to know".
i do not think so they can most likely be sued for that.
I dont think so.
No. Text messages cannot be read on the phone bill. However, by special requests, such as subpoenas, and the like, the phone company will release the contents of text messages (under certain circumstances).Added: The number to which the text message was sent will be noted however.
Yes they can. all text messages are stored on the phone company's computers - before they're sent to the phone itself. Phone companies are required to keep text messages for a period (in the UK it's three years). Retrieval of old messages can only be done via a court order.
yes, if they request to, the phone company will give them up
Just as there is 'junk mail' to your e-mail account there is also 'junk messages' to your mobile phone. I have had several messages from the same number. I kept sending them back to the company who sent them to me - and the messages stopped
One can get a contract for free sms messages from a variety of different cell phone plans. One can also work for an company that offers free phone plans.

One might find information to send text messages by e-mail by looking on the Support for one's phone. As well as this, one may visit their local phone technician for help.
The text messages are stored on the network's computer - NOT your phone. They are simply downloaded to your phone when they're received. The police simply need to serve a warrant on the company, to have them print out your messages. The don't need your phone !
No. Voicemail is part of the phone system at the cell phone company, it is not part of the cell phone.
