Vulval Haematoma is a bleeding into the vulva(the area of the labia minora). A haematoma anywhere is induced when there is damage to a blood vessel without damage of the skin, so, the blood doesn't go out of the body, but remains in the tissue. simply, a haematoma is a big bruise. vulval haematoma can result from multiple causes, the ones I know being Vaginal delivery and straddle accidents (for example fall on the top tube of a bike when riding astride). The most effective and important treatment is IMMEDIATE icepacking as it reduced pain and reduces/stops the trickling of blood into the subcutaneous tissue, and so, prevents further enlargement of the haematoma. I don't know for how much time should you maintain the icepacks, but I have read on one internet site that it should be for 24 hours. what will happen afterwards? the haematoma will change in colour just like a bruise, and will diminish in size, but I don't know within how much time. Medical help should be sought if: 1)The haematoma continues to increase in size after ice packing. 2)the haematoma is large enough to impair urination. In this case, a Foley catheter will be fixed in order to drain urine 3)The haematoma gets infected. As far as I know, this is heralded by throbbing pain, and /or increased pain intensity. Redness might be masked by the colour of haematoma
A drain plug washer is not necessary unless you have oil leaking from the drain plug.
No
In order to drain the radiator on a 2004 Pontiac GTO it is necessary to pull the lower radiator hose off. There is not a separate drain plug on this radiator.
If it's the stock motor, there is no drain plug under the crankcase. If it's aftermarket there might be a plug to drain oil from the crankcase, which would seldom if ever be necessary.
Most professional plumbers don't use household chemical drain cleaners. If a drain is clogged badly enough to call a professional, it is usually necessary to make use of a drain snake.
The radiator drain plug is at the passenger side rear of the radiator at the very bottom corner. There are two drain plugs in the block, they are very difficult to get at, and usually not necessary.
A painless and small subungual hematoma usually requires no treatment. However, the pressure generated by pooled blood under the nail can be extremely painful. To relieve the pain, you may get decompression, also called trephination, which allows the underlying blood to drain, relieving pressure and pain to the area.
Drain and replace the fluid, inspect and replace the breather if necessary.
If a lymph node becomes very swollen and painful, the family doctor may decide to drain it.
Few fuel tanks have a drain plug. It is usually necessary to disconnect a fuel line, pump or syphon it out. You could always leave the engine running until it runs out of fuel.
Not necessary to drain all coolant, just enough to be able to remove radiator hose from thermostat housing and prevent much leakage.
