Fan should come on when the A/C is turned on.
Fan should also come on around 1mm before redline or at the very edge of redline as per the gauge on the cluster.
Cooling fan is designed to come on only when A/C, defrost, or engine temperature exceeds 235 degrees
The normal direction of circulation in the coolant system would push the coolant out the thermostat opening.
The fan comes on and run continuously when the A/C is engaged which is normal. It will also come on to cool the coolant in the radiator to prevent the engine from overheating once the coolant reaches a predetermined temperature.
Cooling fan should come on either when coolant temperature reaches 235 degrees or the A/C or defroster is turned on
this is normal, because the coolant temp sensor is supposed to be in direct contact with the cooling fluid in order to read its temperature
Are you sure that it is coolant? It maybe condensation and that's normal.
Means that your heater core is leaking coolant. Has to be replaced.
No probes have come back from Saturn.
Cooling fan should come on when coolant temperature exceeds 235 degrees Fahrenheit or A/C or defroster are turned on
there is a sensor in the bottom of the coolant bottle, change this and you should be o.k. tap the sensor with a screw driver it will go out uts just stuck
Check the following............................. 1. Cooling fan operation. 2. Radiator cap. 3. Thermostat.
