yes its normal.
Semen will vary day to day and every man is different. There is no right consistency. On average it will be some what thick, but watery is normal also. It also depends on how often you ejaculate. If you ejaculate once a week, then semen will be thick. If you ejaculate several times a day, it will be thin and watery (but still with millions of sperm in it).

You can't. Most males will experience pre-ejaculate. It is perfectly normal and should not be alarming to you. Pre-ejaculate does contain sperm though, so if you need to prevent pregnancy be sure to use contraception of some kind.
Yep. It's perfectly normal for some of the ejaculate to be expelled. But don't take that to mean that impregnation has not occurred.
i some times find that if you change your position to one were you get a deeper penetration you will find you will ejaculate quicker than normal. or on the other hand you can try finger your partner at the same time.
If a male, doesn't produce pre-ejaculatory fluid ("pre-cum"), it is normal, some males do produce it, some don't.

get a new partner
This is almost certainly pre-ejaculate which is there to lubricate during sex. Some guys don't have it and some produce quite a lot. It's normal.
Don't get sexually excited. It is just a normal process and the only variance is the amount. Usually the more stimulated you are , the more you produce. Some guys don't produce any and others a constant stream.
BV is an imbalance of bacteria in the vagina. Since ejaculate is basic and not acidic, having ejaculate in the vagina increases the pH and causes BV. Some women have BV without sexual intercourse, and for some reason the normal vagina flora is disrupted. If you are having sex with different men, that can cause BV as well.
Some do.
