If you're asking if it's normal that the bar is slanted, yes. the bottom ball is usually a bit closer to the teeth than the top. This is just because there isn't room in your mouth for the barbell to set straight up and down. I've also seen bars sit side to side and also with the top closer to the teeth.
A tongue with a barbell in it.
Sometimes, this will settle down as the piercing heals and seasons "toughens up".

Yes, you can still get your tongue pierced even if you have a small tongue. The piercer will assess the size and placement of your tongue to determine the best spot for the piercing that will work for you. It's important to consult with a professional piercer to discuss the options and find the best solution for your individual anatomy.
A tongue piercing is a piercing through the tongue or any part of the tongue, including the web underneath.
It could actually be normal discharge and not pus. Since I can't see the piercing, the best thing for you to do is to go back to your piercer :)
This is normal and just part of the healing phase for your tongue piercing, this will go away in a few days.
what do you if you get a puss pocket in your tongue after a tongue a piercing"
That is the normal discharge that occurs from tongue piercing, just like ear piercing discharges after they have been pierced and are healing the tongue does the same sort of thing. That will disappear is a couple of days, just be sure you are rinsing and keeping cold stuff on the piercing as often as possible.
it is totally normal when you have a tongue piercing to get a kind of discharge, it's the body's way of healing itself. This normally appears for 1-2 weeks. If it carries on see your doctor, but it should heal on its own.
